This statue of the Aramean god was found broken to three pieces in the northern part of the Sea of Galilee in Tal al-A'or in the area of Al-Bitiah in the occupied Syrian Golan. This is the supposed location of the city of Beit Sidon, which witnessed some of the miracles of Jesus and the birth of five of his disciples: Peter, Ben Zabdi and Philip.
This statue dates back to the 8th or 9th century BC when the kingdoms of the Aramaic cities spread throughout the region. Of course the Israelis said that this statue is the calf that was the slave of the Israelites. But the archaeologists unanimously agreed that the Aramaic god was identified by his known symbols. Any horns shaped like moon and sword.
